but not limited to the enforcement of an arbitration award or seeking equitable/injunctive relief),
you and DataDrift agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts
located in Washington, USA, including the right to pursue claims in small claims court within the
jurisdiction.
